I cover personal technology as an industry analyst. I’ve done that for more than two decades at places like Gartner, Jupiter Research and Altimeter Group. Every so often I help folks in online, TV and print media when they need commentary on what’s happening in the industry. I’ve also had the fun of writing columns for Computerworld, Engadget, Macworld, SlashGear and currently for iMore.
Most recently I spent a few years at Apple as Sr. Director of Worldwide Product Marketing.
Along the way, despite protestations of the faculty and administration, I picked up a few degrees at Yeshiva University in NY.
